  • What happens when I win a deal?How-to

What happens when I win a deal?

“Won & start onboarding” marks the company as a client, creates the project in Peak Board with the package's standard tasks, attaches call notes and the offer to the client and requests missing access. Client portal, kickoff email, meeting and folder follow your rules: anything that goes outside waits for confirmation or the approval of an owner or admin.

    1. Open the deal in the pipeline.
    2. Choose “Won & start onboarding”, then the package, the owner and the goal.
    3. Confirm or approve in the overview whatever is waiting for you.
    4. The project then appears under Delivery and in Peak Board.

  • How do I analyze meeting notes in Peak Service?How-to

How do I analyze meeting notes in Peak Service?

Paste notes or a transcript on the deal in the pipeline, on the client or in the project under Delivery. Peak extracts needs, objections, commitments, decisions and tasks and saves the analysis as a document in Peak Docs. In a project, it can create the tasks it found right away.

    1. Click “Paste meeting notes”.
    2. Enter title and date, paste the notes (at least 20 characters).
    3. In a project: check or uncheck “Create found tasks in the project right away”.
    4. Click “Analyze”.

  • How do I create a proposal from a deal?How-to

How do I create a proposal from a deal?

In the pipeline, on the open deal: choose a package (or “Without package”) and click “Draft proposal”. Peak assembles the draft from conversation notes, Client Brain and package, opens it in Peak Docs and marks what's still missing. Peak doesn't write free-form AI text here.

  • How do I get a document approved by the client or team?How-to

How do I get a document approved by the client or team?

On the document on the client (Work) or in the project: “Client approves” puts it in the client portal, “Team approves” asks your team. Because client approval reaches the client, it requires confirmation by default. If someone wants changes, “Convert to task” turns it into a task in the project, and “New round with client” asks again.

    1. Open Clients → client → Work, or the project under Delivery.
    2. On the document, click “Client approves” or “Team approves”.
    3. Confirm the request if it's waiting in the overview.
    4. For “Changes”: “Convert to task”, revise, then “New round with client”.

  • How do I enter metrics for a client?How-to

How do I enter metrics for a client?

On the client under “Results”: per month and channel by hand (costs, clicks, leads, revenue), or as a CSV with the header row monat, kanal, kosten, impressionen, klicks, leads, conversions, umsatz (month, channel, cost, impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, revenue; the importer expects these exact column names). Peak Service can't read Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4 directly yet.

  • How do I create the monthly report for a client?How-to

How do I create the monthly report for a client?

On the client under “Results” → “Client report” → “Create report”. Peak writes the report as a draft in Peak Docs, from metrics, completed work and approvals. You review it there. Without metrics, it only contains work and approvals. There's no automatic monthly sending yet; the report is created on click.

  • How do I create a new lead in Peak Service?How-to

How do I create a new lead in Peak Service?

In the pipeline with “New lead”. You choose an existing company or create a new one, describe what it's about and optionally enter value, source and next step. The lead then also appears in Peak CRM, because both use the same companies and deals.

  • What does my client see in the client portal?Answer

What does my client see in the client portal?

The status of the projects (phase, what comes next, what's done), the documents you've submitted for approval, the open kickoff questions and last month's metrics. Internal notes, the client brain, deals and anything you don't submit for approval are not visible. The client doesn't need an account; anyone with the link sees the portal, which is why you can lock or regenerate it at any time.

  • What may Peak Service do without me?Answer

What may Peak Service do without me?

Internal steps (create the client, project and tasks, drafts, client brain) run automatically. Anything that reaches someone outside the team (portal, approval request, email, calendar invitation) needs at least one confirmation; by default the kickoff email, emails and meetings need the approval of an owner or admin. Owners and admins change the rules under “Connections & rules”, and every action is logged.

  • What is the Client Brain?Answer

    What is the Client Brain?

Everything your team should know about a client, in one place: areas such as audience, brand, goals, decisions, preferences and learnings. Only what you note yourselves (“Remember”) is stored. Peak reads the rest on the spot from CRM, deals, meetings, projects, Peak Log and metrics. At the top, you see how many areas are already known.

  • Where do the kickoff questions come from?Answer

Where do the kickoff questions come from?

Peak only asks the questions whose answers aren't known yet, matched to the package. Whatever is already in the Client Brain, the deal or meeting notes, it doesn't ask. Your team answers them on the client under “Client Brain” → “Dynamic kickoff”, and the client in the client portal.
