Why am I missing an app or a button that my colleagues have?

Usually because of your access profile. It sets which apps you open, which records you see and which actions you may take. An app that isn't enabled for you appears neither in navigation nor in ⌘K, search or Ask Peak, and a direct link to it leads to your start page.

1. 01Check that the right organization is active.
2. 02Guests see less than members. Your role is shown in the user menu.
3. 03If you chose “My focus” under Work mode, the sidebar shows only your up to four screens. Your access doesn't change because of it.
4. 04If you're really missing something, ask an owner or admin to adjust your profile or give you an exception.
