Can I give a single person an exception to the profile?
Yes. On the person, “Access” tab, there's “Exceptions for this person”. An exception takes precedence over the profile and is marked as “Overridden”. Owners and admins are never restricted and don't need one.
- Open the person under Members & teams, “Access” tab.
- Open “Add exception for this person”.
- Choose the type (“App access”, “Data scope” or “Action”), the scope and the effect.
- Choose “Save exception”.
