How do I create an emergency card in Peak Vault?
Under Peak Vault → Emergency card. You enter up to three emergency contacts, plus blood type, organ donation, allergies, medication, pre-existing conditions and a note. Only you can see the card. To carry it, print it or save it as a photo on your lock screen. Peak Health has its own emergency card; the two are stored separately.
- Open Peak Vault and then the emergency card.
- Under “Change details”, fill in what helpers should know.
- Click “Save emergency card”.
