    2. Set the target margin, minimum contribution per hour and optionally a target contribution per client.
    3. Adjust the weights for economic value and client quality.

Frequently asked

  • Why is “Use existing companies” not available?Answer

Why is “Use existing companies” not available?

There are no real companies in the demo. End the demo with “End demo”, and you'll see the companies from your Peak. A client is the same company as in Connect, not a copy.

  • Does a scenario change my real figures?Answer

Does a scenario change my real figures?

No. A scenario never changes your real figures. You compare up to three. “Adopt as plan” only sets the strategy per client.

  • Who can see my client figures?Answer

Who can see my client figures?

Only you. Client Portfolio is “Private · visible only to you”. Role-based sharing of profit figures within the team comes later.

  • How does Client Portfolio classify a client?Answer

How does Client Portfolio classify a client?

Along two axes: economic value (contribution margin, margin, contribution per hour, recurring revenue, payment quality) and client quality (energy, effort efficiency, communication, predictability, team fit, low friction). That produces Dream clients, Golden handcuffs, Solid base and Value destroyers. Missing inputs don't count as 0. Strategic value and risk are shown separately next to it. “Why this classification” shows the calculation.

  • Why do some values show “≈” or “estimated”?Answer

Why do some values show “≈” or “estimated”?

If an internal hourly rate is set in Settings, Peak estimates the staff costs for a month without any entered from the hours. Such values are marked with “≈” or “estimated” everywhere. If you enter the actual staff costs, your value applies.
