How does an idea become a finished post?

Under Ideas, capture the idea in one sentence, with a link as the source if you like. “Turn into draft” opens it in the studio: brief, draft and a separate variant for each channel with that channel's rules. Suggestions for hooks, outline or caption are just suggestions; only “Insert” applies them. It stays the same idea, just further along.

    1. Open Peak Content → Ideas and capture the idea.
    2. “Turn into draft” takes you to the studio.
    3. Write the brief and draft; every saved version is kept.
    4. Create a variant for each channel and check the preview.

  • How do I post while my channel isn't connected?How-to

How do I post while my channel isn't connected?

Schedule the approved variant in the calendar as a package. At the scheduled time, it appears under “Post now”: copy the text, open the channel, post and confirm here with the link. The post then counts as “self-confirmed”. Peak doesn't post anything itself as long as a channel isn't verifiably connected directly.

    1. Approve the variant in the studio.
    2. Schedule it in the calendar; times are in your time zone.
    3. At the time: copy the text, open the channel and post.
    4. Confirm with the post's link.

  • How do I have a client without an account review a post?How-to

How do I have a client without an account review a post?

In the studio, share a saved variant as a review package. Through the link, the client sees exactly this version with images and alt texts, without an account, and can comment, approve or request changes. This arrives as feedback in your Inbox; nothing is scheduled or posted until you approve it yourself. You send the link yourself; Peak sends nothing.

    1. Open the content in the studio and save the variant.
    2. Under “Get external review”, “Share” opens the link; you set expiry and access there.
    3. Copy the link and send it to the client.
    4. Their response appears in the Inbox and in the content's history.

  • Why is my approval gone?Answer

    Why is my approval gone?

An approval applies to exactly the version of a variant the reviewer saw. If you then change the text, hashtags, link, disclosure, media or alt texts, Peak lifts the approval, and the variant must be reviewed again. That way nothing goes out that nobody approved.
