  • How do I export or delete my Energy data?How-to

  • How do I put an Energy Move into practice?How-to

How do I put an Energy Move into practice?

In the Energy Atlas under “Your Energy Moves”, choose “Adopt move”. “Block time” downloads a calendar file (.ics) for a 90-minute appointment that any calendar can open. Once the move is done, mark it as “Done”. If it doesn't fit, choose “No longer relevant”.

    1. Open the Energy Atlas and scroll to “Your Energy Moves”.
    2. Click “Adopt move” or go straight to “Block time”.
    3. A week later Peak checks in: “Did this happen?” with Done, Still in progress, Not yet or No longer relevant.

  • How do I share my Energy Profile with other parts of Peak Atlas?How-to

How do I share my Energy Profile with other parts of Peak Atlas?

Under Profile, you answer “May Peak Atlas use your Energy Profile?” once with “Share platform-wide” or “Keep only in Peak Energy”. Without sharing, everything stays in Peak Energy. After sharing, you can exclude individual entries again with “Use platform-wide”. “Revoke sharing” withdraws it completely. Nothing goes to employers or third parties.

  • An assessment in my Energy Profile is wrong. What do I do?How-to

An assessment in my Energy Profile is wrong. What do I do?

Tell Peak directly on the entry: “Applies”, “Doesn't apply” or “Only sometimes”; for energy drains also “Actually gives me energy”, and for delegation candidates “I'd still like to do it myself”. That changes the entry's certainty in a new version. With “Deactivate”, Peak no longer uses it anywhere.

    1. Open your Energy Profile.
    2. Choose your feedback on the entry. The same question appears in the Atlas under each move as “Is this true for you?”.
    3. If a new measurement contradicts an earlier answer, it appears under “Has changed”. You extend expired entries with “Still applies · extend”.

  • Do I need an account for the energy audit?Answer

Do I need an account for the energy audit?

No. The audit runs without signing in; your answers then stay only in this browser. If you sign in, Peak moves them to your account, private and deletable at any time.

  • How do I read my Energy Atlas?Answer

How do I read my Energy Atlas?

The energy fingerprint shows for each area whether work gives you energy (+) or drains it (−). The Energy × Leverage map overlays energy, impact and time. “Your 3 energy moves” suggest what to protect, reshape, hand off or drop. Every number says how many answers it comes from.

  • What do Role Alignment, Energy Load and delegable load mean?Answer

What do Role Alignment, Energy Load and delegable load mean?

Role Alignment is your average energy in the activities that matter for your role, converted to 0 to 100. Energy Load is the share of your recorded working time spent on activities you rate negatively. Delegable load is the hours per week spent on tasks with negative energy that don't have to come from you. “How is this calculated?” shows the basis for each.

  • What is “Working style” in the Energy Profile?Answer

What is “Working style” in the Energy Profile?

An optional part with questions the audit doesn't measure. It only counts what you state yourself; unanswered questions stay empty. You answer them in your profile under “Working style” via “Provide …” and change them later with “Correct”.

  • Can I see whether another product has read my Energy Profile?Answer

Can I see whether another product has read my Energy Profile?

Yes. Every entry in the profile shows who may use it under “May read”, and when which product read it under “Used”. Every access is logged. If it says “Not yet read by any other product.”, no one other than Peak Energy has used it.

  • My Energy answers are gone.Troubleshooting

    My Energy answers are gone.

Without signing in, the answers are stored only in the browser where you gave them. A different browser, a private window or deleted site data won't show them.

    1. Open Peak Energy in the original browser, not in a private window.
    2. If it says “Only in this browser · Sign in to save”, sign in. The answers move to your account.
    3. If the site data was deleted, the answers can't be restored. Start the audit again; it takes about eight minutes.

  • Why doesn't Peak Energy show a number or a suggestion?Error message

Why doesn't Peak Energy show a number or a suggestion?

Peak only calculates with what you've provided. A suggestion needs time estimates for at least three activities. Add them in the deep dive (“Go to deep dive”), and the result appears.

  • “No change needed right now.” Why isn't Peak Energy suggesting anything?Error message

“No change needed right now.” Why isn't Peak Energy suggesting anything?

Your answers don't show clear signals for a change. Peak doesn't invent a recommendation when there isn't one, and doesn't suggest handing anything off just because it would be possible. Next time you measure, you can rate more activities with time estimates.
