Connect your mailbox or WhatsApp in Peak Chat. Personal Inbox reads what Peak Chat syncs from Gmail, Outlook or WhatsApp and shows only people from it, no newsletters and no work. “Sync now” fetches new messages right away.
- Open Personal Inbox.
- Click “Connect an account in Peak Chat” and connect your account there.
- Back in Personal Inbox: “Sync now”.

Under “Reply” you see who is waiting for you, longest wait first. “Reply” opens a field in the row, and “Send” sends through the channel of the last message. “Done” moves the conversation to Peak Chat's archive. If a channel cannot be used, open the conversation in Peak Chat.

No. Under “I'm waiting” Peak shows where you wrote last in the past 30 days. After three days it suggests a follow-up draft. You edit and send it yourself, or click “No longer needed”. Peak never sends on its own.

Only you. Messages stay private to the person who synced them. Personal Inbox does not show conversations with colleagues at all, and newsletters and notifications only as a count. Notifications from Peak One itself stay in the inbox in the header.
