Under “How are you today” tap mood and energy, each from 1 to 5. That alone counts as an entry. Optional: a few sentences on the question of the day and what you are grateful for today. There is one entry per day; saving again changes it.
- Open Journal.
- Tap mood and energy.
- Optionally add text and gratitude.
- Click “Save entry”, later “Save changes”.

2When does the journal start showing patterns?Answer
Page to shareWhen does the journal start showing patterns?
From three entries with a mood. Under “History” you see mood and energy over the last 30 days and sentences such as how energy and mood go together, each with the number of entries it is based on. Patterns show connections, not causes. There is no streak that can break.

Only you. Peak shares it with nobody, including your company. There is no sharing and no admin view. In the history, “Delete” removes an entry permanently, and you can download all entries as a text file.

No. Patterns come from simple, traceable rules over your entries, without AI. Photos, sharing and analysis by other people are not available.
