AnswerPeak Accountability

What do the accountability levels mean?

The level determines how closely a commitment is supported. You see and choose it yourself. Self: only you. Visible: one person sees status and completion; proof is optional. Checked: a fixed checkpoint, proof expected. Active: follow-ups, risk alerts, and blockers go to the accountability partner. High stakes: several checkpoints, proof required, review, an agreed consequence and escalation. At no level does Peak collect money or publicly shame anyone.
