Does Peak CRM create its own copies of my customers and tasks?
No. A contact is the same person or company as everywhere else in Peak One. If you mark a company as a client, it appears in Client Portfolio; a task from the CRM is the same one in Work, Board and Day. “Remove from CRM” only removes the CRM view.
