  • How do I work through my day with Peak CRM?How-to

How do I work through my day with Peak CRM?

Open Peak CRM and press “Start working”. You always see exactly one contact, why it's their turn now and what Peak suggests. Call, write or take a note, then “Done”: the next one comes automatically. Keys: C call, E email, N note, S snooze, D done.

    1. Choose a source: your stack, the team, a smart view or a pipeline stage.
    2. Choose the scope: 10 or 20 contacts, 30 or 60 minutes.
    3. Act on each contact and enter the outcome; the outcome determines when they're up again.

How do I create nested smart views?

With “+ New smart view” in the sidebar or “Create subview” in a view's menu. A subview inherits the filters of its parent view; you only add what's extra. Dragging sorts and nests, and Alt + arrow keys work from the keyboard too.

Connect Sipgate under CRM → Settings → Phone with a personal token (devices:read, sessions:calls:write). • How do I import contacts from HubSpot, Pipedrive or Excel?How-to

How do I import contacts from HubSpot, Pipedrive or Excel?

Under “Contacts” → “Import”, upload a CSV from Close, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Excel or Google Sheets, or paste a table. Peak recognizes the columns, and you check the mapping. Peak recognizes existing contacts by email, phone, domain or name and only adds to them; nothing is overwritten.

    1. Open Peak CRM → “Contacts” and click “Import”.
    2. Click “Choose CSV file” or paste the table. Comma, semicolon or tab all work; the first row contains the column names.
    3. Under “Map columns”, check each column. “– don't import –” leaves one out.
    4. Click “Import … contacts”.

How do I call many contacts one after another?

    1. Open Peak CRM → “Power Dialer”.
    2. Choose a smart view.
    3. Click “Start calling” and enter the outcome and a note after each call.

How do I create a pipeline and move deals?

    1. Open “Pipelines” and click “Manage pipelines”.
    2. Under “New pipeline from template”, choose a template and rename the stages where needed.
    3. Click “Done” and create the first deal with “+ Opportunity”.
    4. Drag the card to the next stage. When you move it to a Lost stage, Peak asks for the reason.

  • How do I connect Gmail or Outlook to Peak CRM?How-to

How do I connect Gmail or Outlook to Peak CRM?

Under CRM → Settings → “Email”, you connect your mailbox via Pipedream Connect; Peak never sees your password. You then send one-to-one from your mailbox, or save to your mailbox with “As draft”. Without a connected mailbox, Peak opens your email program and saves the email to the history after you confirm.

    1. Open CRM → “Settings”.
    2. Under “Connect Gmail or Outlook”, click “Connect mailbox”. That takes you to Integrations in Peak One, where you sign in with the provider.
    3. On the contact, write an email to exactly one address and click “Send” or “As draft”.

    2. Click “+ Template” or “+ Snippet” and set a name and shortcut.

  • How do I set when a contact is up again?How-to

How do I set when a contact is up again?

Under Settings → “When is someone up again?”, you set for each cadence when a contact is up again at the earliest, ideally and usually. Under “Outcomes and what happens next”, you decide which call outcome counts as a real conversation and resets the cadence. A call that didn't reach the person doesn't reset it.

    1. Open CRM → “Settings”.
    2. Under “Cadence”, adjust “Earliest (days)”, “Ideally by (days)” and “Usually by (days)”, or click “+ Cadence”.
    3. Under “Calls”, set what each outcome triggers.

  • Why doesn't Peak CRM show anything as “overdue”?Answer

Why doesn't Peak CRM show anything as “overdue”?

Following up has a window, not a deadline. With a cadence of 2–4 weeks, day 19 is ideal and day 30 is “a while ago”, but never red. Only a real deadline turns red: a task with a due date or a fixed deadline on the next action.

  • Does Peak CRM create its own copies of my customers and tasks?Answer

Does Peak CRM create its own copies of my customers and tasks?

No. A contact is the same person or company as everywhere else in Peak One. If you mark a company as a client, it appears in Client Portfolio; a task from the CRM is the same one in Work, Board and Day. “Remove from CRM” only removes the CRM view.

  • Why does Peak CRM ask for a reason when I lose a deal?Answer

Why does Peak CRM ask for a reason when I lose a deal?

When you drag an opportunity into a Lost stage, “Why lost?” opens. The reason is optional and feeds into “Insights” under “Loss reasons in period”. That way you see later where deals fall through.

  • How does Peak CRM calculate the forecast?Answer

How does Peak CRM calculate the forecast?

Under “Insights”, the forecast is weighted: value times the stage's probability, or the one set on the deal, in the month of the expected close date. It's an estimate, not a commitment and not AI. Deals without a close date are listed separately.

  • Can I send an email to many contacts at once with Peak CRM?Not available yet

Can I send an email to many contacts at once with Peak CRM?

No, deliberately not. Peak CRM only sends one-to-one from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox. For many contacts, select them and start a stack: Peak fills in the template for each contact, and you review and send them one by one. There's no SMS either.
