How do I make calls from Peak CRM, including with my iPhone?

Connect Sipgate under CRM → Settings → Phone with a personal token (devices:read, sessions:calls:write). Then choose your device, for example your iPhone with the Sipgate app. When you click “Call”, your device rings; when you pick up, Sipgate connects the contact. Without Sipgate, Peak hands the number to your phone via tel:.
