How do I import contacts from HubSpot, Pipedrive or Excel?
Under “Contacts” → “Import”, upload a CSV from Close, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Excel or Google Sheets, or paste a table. Peak recognizes the columns, and you check the mapping. Peak recognizes existing contacts by email, phone, domain or name and only adds to them; nothing is overwritten.
- Open Peak CRM → “Contacts” and click “Import”.
- Click “Choose CSV file” or paste the table. Comma, semicolon or tab all work; the first row contains the column names.
- Under “Map columns”, check each column. “– don't import –” leaves one out.
- Click “Import … contacts”.
