How do I connect Gmail or Outlook to Peak CRM?
Under CRM → Settings → “Email”, you connect your mailbox via Pipedream Connect; Peak never sees your password. You then send one-to-one from your mailbox, or save to your mailbox with “As draft”. Without a connected mailbox, Peak opens your email program and saves the email to the history after you confirm.
- Open CRM → “Settings”.
- Under “Connect Gmail or Outlook”, click “Connect mailbox”. That takes you to Integrations in Peak One, where you sign in with the provider.
- On the contact, write an email to exactly one address and click “Send” or “As draft”.
