How do I call many contacts one after another?

With the Power Dialer. You choose a smart view, Peak calls the contacts in order, and you only enter the outcome. The next call starts automatically after the outcome. With Sipgate your device rings; without Sipgate, Peak hands the number to your phone.

  1. Open Peak CRM → “Power Dialer”.
  2. Choose a smart view.
  3. Click “Start calling” and enter the outcome and a note after each call.
