How do I import shipping or return data from my warehouse via CSV?
Under “Import”, you upload a CSV with fulfillments or returns. Peak matches each row to an existing order; unknown orders and quantities above what was ordered are skipped and listed. The file can be at most 5 MB.
- In Peak Fulfillment, open “Import” at the top right.
- Under “What are you importing?”, choose fulfillments or returns.
- Fulfillments need the columns order and status or ship date, one row per line item. Returns need order, SKU or item, and quantity.
- Upload the file and read the summary.
