How do I change later who can use a connected account?
On your account under Settings → Integrations, with “Sharing”. You choose “Only me”, “Whole company” or “Specific people”. Anyone using a shared account sees it under “Shared with you” but can't manage it.
- Open Settings → Integrations.
- Choose “Sharing” on the account.
- Choose who can use it and, for “Specific people”, the people.
- Choose “Save sharing”.
