  • How do I bring ad spend from Meta Ads or Google Ads into Peak?How-to

How do I bring ad spend from Meta Ads or Google Ads into Peak?

On the integration's page, in the section for the numbers. Peak reads the ad spend of the last 30 days per campaign and day and stores it in Peak Profit. The account belongs to the organization. Owners and admins connect it.

    1. Open Settings → Integrations → Meta Ads or Google Ads.
    2. Choose “Connect Meta Ads” or “Connect Google Ads”. Sign-in opens in a new tab.
    3. Complete the sign-in there and, back in Peak, choose “Sign-in done”.
    4. On the account found, choose “Use for …”.
    5. Later, refresh with “Sync now”.

  • How do I move from Asana, Trello, Jira, monday.com, Notion, Confluence or Slack to Peak?How-to

How do I move from Asana, Trello, Jira, monday.com, Notion, Confluence or Slack to Peak?

Under Settings → Move to Peak, using the export file from your old tool. Peak recognizes the tool by itself and shows you beforehand what's coming. Projects become boards with tasks, pages become documents, public Slack channels become team rooms. If you upload the same export again, nothing is duplicated.

    1. Get the export: Asana CSV per project, Trello JSON per board, monday.com Excel per board, Jira CSV (all fields), Notion ZIP “Markdown & CSV”, Confluence HTML export as ZIP, Slack workspace export as ZIP. The exact clicks are under “How to get the export”.
    2. Drop the file under “Drop export”. Several files at once work too.
    3. Under “Into which workspace?”, choose the destination.
    4. Choose “Bring into Peak” and keep the page open until “Arrived.” appears.

  • Can I sync directly from my old tool without an export file?How-to

Can I sync directly from my old tool without an export file?

Yes. Under Move to Peak → “Without an export file”, connect the tool once. Peak then fetches projects, tasks, pages, channels and attachments itself, and you choose beforehand what comes along. Every further sync brings only what's new or changed. Peak writes nothing back to the tool, and documents edited in Peak are never overwritten.

    1. Under “Without an export file”, choose the tool and connect it.
    2. Under “What should come along?”, choose the projects, spaces or channels.
    3. Later, fetch changes with “Sync again”. Syncing doesn't run in the background yet.

Frequently asked

  • What does Peak do with a connected service?Answer

What does Peak do with a connected service?

Peak maps external data to the core objects (a Shopify product is a Peak product) instead of creating a second copy. The integration's page shows which app uses the data. Some connections, such as Trello, are prepared but don't bring in any data yet.

  • Which integrations does Peak actually use for data today?Answer

Which integrations does Peak actually use for data today?

Not every connected integration is analyzed yet. Today Peak uses these connections: Shopify for Peak Products, Profit and Cashflow, read-only. Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 for Peak Growth, read-only. Gmail, Outlook, Slack and Microsoft Teams for Peak Chat, and Gmail and Outlook also for one-to-one emails from Peak CRM. Google Calendar for busy times in Peak Booking and Peak Focus. Meta Ads and Google Ads provide ad spend to Peak Profit. For all others, you can already connect and share the account, but Peak doesn't read any content yet.

  • What's the difference between an organization account and a personal account?Answer

What's the difference between an organization account and a personal account?

An organization account belongs to the company, not to one person. All members use it, and it stays when someone leaves. Only owners and admins connect and disconnect it; they choose the organization under “Owned by”. A personal account belongs to you, and you decide whether to share it.

Do I need an OpenAI or Anthropic key for Ask Peak?

No. Ask Peak doesn't need its own key. The OpenAI and Anthropic integrations are meant for your own automations with your API account.

  • Is Facebook Pages enough for Peak to see my ad accounts?Answer

Is Facebook Pages enough for Peak to see my ad accounts?

No. Facebook Pages is a different connection from Meta Ads. For ad accounts and ad spend, connect Meta Ads separately.

  • What happens to our Slack channels when we move?Answer

What happens to our Slack channels when we move?

Public channels become team rooms with their history; private conversations stay out. Channels can only move into a company workspace, and an owner or admin does it. Messages appear under your name together with the original sender. Images, PDFs and documents up to 50 MB come along as files; other files remain as a note in the message.

Errors & problems

  • “The connection window couldn't be opened.”Error message

“The connection window couldn't be opened.”

The browser blocked the service's sign-in window. Allow pop-ups for app.peak-atlas.com and choose “Connect” again. If the connection service was briefly unavailable, a second attempt after a minute helps.

  • Why can't I disconnect a connection?Error message

    Why can't I disconnect a connection?

Only the person who created the connection can disconnect it. For organization accounts, owners and admins can too. An account someone shared with you can only be disconnected by that person.

  • “No new … account found yet.” What should I do?Error message

“No new … account found yet.” What should I do?

Peak didn't see a new ad account after your sign-in. Complete the sign-in in the other tab fully and then choose “Sign-in done” again. Accounts without activity in the last 90 days don't appear.

  • When connecting, it says “Being set up”.Error message

When connecting, it says “Being set up”.

The connection service isn't fully set up in this environment yet, so the connect button is locked. Your existing connections aren't affected. Try again later, or write to us if it stays that way for a while.
