Why can't I record a referral?

Peak checks every referral so that no commission is created twice. A customer can only be referred once while open or won; the first referral counts. The partner has to be in the chosen programme and must not have left it, and partner and customer can't be the same company.

  1. Open “Referrals” → “Record referral”.
  2. Choose programme and partner. If the partner isn't in the programme, add them under “Partners”.
  3. Choose the referred customer and, if there is one, the deal from Peak CRM.

  • A referral can't be in the future.
