How is a commission calculated and approved?
Once a referral is won, Peak calculates the commission from the program's terms (or the partner's tier) and the value of the CRM deal. If the value is missing, it says “can't be calculated”, never €0. Owners and admins approve the amount and later record when it was paid out; after that the commission is final.
