How do I set up a partner or referral program in Peak Partners?

A program defines what a partner gets for a new customer: a percentage of the deal value or a fixed amount, within an attribution window. Then you enroll partners and record their referrals.

  1. Open Peak Partners and create the first program with a commission.
  2. Under “Partners”, enroll the first partner, a company or person.
  3. Under “Referrals”, record whom they referred to you, ideally with the deal from Peak CRM.
