How do I start the first review round?

First pick a template: “Conversation review” without ratings, or “Review with assessment” with three levels and a rationale. Then you create a cycle: period, template and who takes part. Without a selection, all employees active at the end of the period take part. After the start, the reviews appear for the people involved under “Reviews”.

1. 01Click “Use this template” on a template.
2. 02Under “Reviews”: “Create cycle”, choose period and version, “Create cycle as draft”.
3. 03“Check participants” and narrow them down if needed.
4. 04Start the cycle. Only feedback and 1:1s? Then go straight to “Go to feedback”.
