How do I merge duplicate people in Peak PRM?
Under Agents → Data quality, possible duplicates are listed with evidence. The same email, phone number or LinkedIn count as certain; the same name only as a question. Nothing is merged without you.
- Open Agents and scroll to “Data quality”.
- On the pair, choose “Merge” and confirm with “Yes, merge into …”.
- History, connections and tasks go to the person who remains. The other is archived, not deleted.
- Not a duplicate? Choose “Not the same person” and the pair won't come back.
