TroubleshootingPeak Reservations

Why doesn't Peak suggest a table for a reservation?

Peak looks for the smallest free place that fits the party, otherwise two tables of the same area that can be put together. The turnover time counts before and after every reservation. When Peak finds nothing, the reservation is still saved, just without a place yet, and the reason is shown next to it.

  1. Under Settings, check that places exist and how many people they seat.
  2. Mark tables that can be pushed together with “Can be combined with another table in the same area” and give both the same area.
  3. Check “Turnover time (min.)” and “Largest party” in the settings.
  4. Otherwise assign the place later in the plan with “Choose myself”.

Explains this message

  • No place yet: Peak didn't find a free one. Assign one later.
  • Nothing is big enough, not even two tables together.
  • Everything suitable is taken at that time
  • Create tables, rooms or places first.
