AnswerPeak Reservations
How does Peak calculate the no-show rate?
Only completed days count. The rate is “No-show” divided by all reservations where you recorded the outcome (arrived, left or no-show). Reservations without an outcome don't count and are listed. Below 20 recorded reservations the rate is only a tendency.
