We bill paid plans through Stripe, one of the major payment providers. You enter your payment details directly with Stripe, and Peak Atlas never sees full card numbers. In Early Access you pay nothing, which is why no payment method is on file yet.

Who in my organization can see billing?

Only owners and members with the “Billing” role. Billing always belongs to the organization, never to an individual. Anyone who only needs the invoices, such as your accounting team, receives them by email as a billing contact, without access to Peak.

  • My payment failed. What now?Troubleshooting

    My payment failed. What now?

In Early Access no payment can fail, because nothing is charged. If you have a paid plan, the cause is usually the payment method.

    1. Check whether the card has expired or reached its limit.
    2. Ask your bank whether it blocked the payment to Stripe.
    3. If it still doesn't work, create a request with the topic “Billing” and include the invoice number. A person will get back to you.
