How do I add something quickly?

Press N or click the “What's coming up?” field. Peak understands time, duration, day, @name and !1 to !3 for the top 3, shows a preview before saving, and “Add” saves it.

    1. “2pm call with Max” → event today at 2 pm.
    2. “2h concept tomorrow” → two hours, tomorrow.
    3. “Offer to @Lena fri !1” → Friday, assignee Lena, most important of the day.
    4. “someday” parks an entry without a day.

    2. Drag the entry to “Inbox” or “Someday”.
    3. Or add new items directly with “To inbox” or “To someday”.

  • A task from the board doesn't appear in Day.Troubleshooting

A task from the board doesn't appear in Day.

Day shows tasks that have a day: the scheduled day, otherwise the due date. Board tasks without a date deliberately don't appear, so your day doesn't overflow.

    1. Open the task on the board.
    2. Give it a due date, or schedule it to a day in Day via “Inbox”.
    3. You'll find open items from the last four weeks in Day under “Left behind”.
