What do “Needs you”, “Waiting”, Internal and External mean?
“Needs you” means the other side wrote last. “Waiting” means you wrote last, within the last 30 days. Internal covers Slack and Teams chats as well as emails from addresses on your own company domain; everything else is external. Every active filter appears as a chip above the list and can be removed individually. J and K jump to the next conversation, E archives.
