How do I turn off newsletters completely?
Under Peak Chat › Newsletters, turn on “Turn off all newsletters”. Peak unsubscribes you from every detected newsletter through the standard unsubscribe method (one-click unsubscribe or unsubscribe email) and hides anything that still arrives. Senders you follow are left alone. Invoices, orders, bookings and security emails never count as newsletters.
- Open Peak Chat › Newsletters.
- Turn on “Turn off all newsletters” and confirm.
- For each sender you can choose “Follow”, “Keep” or “Hide” at any time.
