Recording or uploading in Peak Conversations doesn't work.
Usually microphone access is missing, or the file doesn't fit. A recording may be up to 25 MB, as MP3, M4A, WAV, MP4, WebM or OGG. If your company requires consent, you confirm before a conversation with others that everyone agrees. If an upload breaks off, just upload the file again; nothing is created twice.
- Allow microphone access in your browser settings and click “● Start recording” again.
- If your browser can't record, upload a file instead under “How does the conversation get to Peak?”.
- Split long conversations into several files under 25 MB.
