How-toPeak Conversations
How do my sipgate calls get into Peak?
Connect sipgate in Peak Conversations under Settings → Calls from sipgate with a personal token (scope history:read). Peak then reads your call history every few minutes and takes over every call sipgate recorded, including those from the last 24 hours when you switch it on. The conversations stay private until you share them, and tasks from them stay suggestions. It's the same connection Peak CRM uses to make calls.
- In sipgate, create a personal access token with history:read under Settings.
- Open Peak Conversations → Settings and enter the token ID and token.
- Tick the box if sipgate announces the recording at the start of the call.
- New recorded calls then appear in the list by themselves.
