How do I record what we decided and whether it worked?

In Forecast under “Decisions”. You write the decision, the reason, the expected effect per month and a date for evaluation. Tasks from hints land there automatically with a measurement date. On the evaluation day, Peak shows whether the target was met or missed.

1. 01Open Peak Profit → “Forecast” and scroll to “Decisions”.
2. 02Enter the decision and why, for example “BAG-BLK €3 more expensive”.
3. 03Set “Expected effect per month” and “Evaluate on”. Under “Affects”, choose a product or the whole business.
4. 04Click “Record decision”.
