- Choose the channel and fill in the context, for example creative.
- Fix red notices by clicking the suggestion, then click “Create link”.

- Open “Campaigns” and click “New campaign”.
- Enter a name, for example “Black Friday 2026”, and optionally fill in start, end, market, funnel stage and channels.
- Click “Create campaign” and then create links for the campaign.

In the link library, open the link and click “Pause” or “Archive”. For several links, check them in the list and use the buttons above. Archived links are kept with their history, but their short link no longer redirects. “Activate” and “Restore” undo this.

Under “Templates” you'll find your standard: naming rules, domains & channels, allowed values, aliases and templates. The organization's owners and admins can change it; everyone else can see how Peak names things. Changes apply to new links; existing ones stay as they are.
- Open “Templates”.
- Adjust the patterns under “Naming rules” or add sources and mediums under “Allowed values”.
- With “Allowed values only” on, other values are rejected; off, Peak only warns.
- Click “Save standard”.

3How do short links and QR codes work?Answer
Page to shareHow do short links and QR codes work?
In the builder, turn on “Short link and QR code”. The short link leads through Peak to the final URL, so you can change the landing page later without reprinting QR codes. Peak counts clicks via the short link without an IP address; bots and link previews don't count. Paused or archived links no longer forward; after an end date, the link forwards to another page or nowhere, as you set it.

Page to shareWhat does the tracking hygiene percentage mean?
The share of your active links that follow the saved standard: required fields set, only allowed values, templates followed. Below it are the specific issues, such as unknown sources, duplicate links, links without a campaign or landing pages that don't respond. The number is recalculated every time and never stored.

Open the link in the link library. “History” lists every change with person and time. If the link has a short link, “Clicks · 90 days” shows the visits, counted without IP addresses and without bots.

4“… is not an allowed source in your organization”: what now?Error message
Page to share“… is not an allowed source in your organization”: what now?
Your standard allows only certain sources and mediums, so analytics doesn't fragment. Usually Peak suggests the right value (facebook → meta); clicking the suggestion applies it. If the new value is intended, an owner or admin approves it under Templates. With “Allowed values only” turned off, Peak only warns.

Page to shareOpening a short link says “This link isn't active.” Why?
The short link was paused, has expired or doesn't exist. Check the link's status in the link library. If it's paused, click “Activate”; if it's archived, “Restore”. For expired links, the end date determines what happens.

Page to share“This short link is already taken. Choose another one.” What should I do?
Each short link can only be used once. Change the “Short link” field in the builder (lowercase letters, digits and hyphens) or click “Suggest” next to it, and Peak generates a new one.
Next step
Create link“The landing page isn't a valid web address.” What's wrong?Error message
Page to share“The landing page isn't a valid web address.” What's wrong?
The landing page must be a web address with a domain, for example https://www.example.com/offer. If https:// is missing, Peak adds it; other protocols and addresses without a domain don't work. It's best to copy the address straight from the browser's address bar.
